Because it was the first Saturday that the band didn't play there to see if the students would correct themselves.
Pretty sure that the University will do whatever it can to avoid fines from the vulgar student section...

The music drowns out everything. You wouldn't be able to hear the changed lyrics. If they do that, the University will think they are really into it and we will be stuck with it forever.

Stop the piped in music!!
The only exception is for when Tiger Band is going down to the field for halftime and they they can play the LSU songs over the speakers to match what is happening on the field of play.
