Help me understand -- did the rules ruling happen or no?

All the talk is about the SEC lawsuit but nothing about the ruling on the rule or whatever it was that we were initially waiting for today.

The preliminary injunction hearing is going on right now at the 19th. The SEC lawsuit in federal court was filed while Sankey was on the stand

I am an everydayer but I'm here everyday while simultaneously working so I have half my brain here and half my brain on work and neither one gets any quality attention from me
