Yep. Hummingbirds. South Louisiana.
I’m slowly befriending my new ones, out here in the Pacfic Northwest.
It was sad to leave the old group but very exciting to see the new group.

They are awesome, We can sit out and toss the peanuts within two-three feet and they'll hop and get it and haul arse. Pretty cool.

Have one juvenile guarding three feeders. He's a badass.

We have a pretty established generational family of squirrels that live between our yard and the neighbors on either side. There are several nest boxes in the trees that house multiple litters a year. Those assholes have buried thousands of nuts i’ve given them. They should be able to survive for at least 2 years on that alone.
