Wait - where is he now? Didn’t he end up at UGA? Did he play the other night?

Yes he's at UGA & No he didn't play. Last update from UGA that I could find was Kirby saying he was “Working on some personal issues” but they hoped to have him back for spring - I believe that was what Kirbys comment was anyway!

So he’s basically the same as when he was at LSU - Having personal/family issues & trying to get his shite together. Hopefully the kid can get straight & play for somebody again. I feel for the kid & hope he gets straightened out regardless of if/who he plays football for.

I’m stating Smith can get fricked if he’s using LSU to get his grades right for the Sip.

Again, we need him to be in good academic standing for our own APR purposes, even if he ultimately transfers.

Right. The staff can always allege tampering and gum up the process that way, if they choose to. That is still a part of the one-year waiver qualification process. I’m pretty sure OU alleging that is what kept Bradford out until the A&M game.

As I understand, scholarships are yearly, so not sure they can just tell him to kick rocks until the year scholarship is expired
