That's the good news! Bad news is the only QB lined up after him is Justin McMillan. Someone has once said insanity is "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results". This has proven to be true under Miles. When you run the ball 65-70% of the time, it is very hard to recruit a top level QB especially when u consider how much the NFL has become a passing league. If u were a top level QB recruit would u honestly choose LSU (aside from your extreme biased as a fan) over Baylor, Florida State, Clemson, Notre Dame, USC, etc..... If anyone wonders why we have such a hard time recruiting and developing QB's it's because our offense is built on the run game out of the I formation. Name 2 other schools in top 25 that has built their team around running the I formation 75% of the time and running the ball 65-70% of the time. Cam Cameron is our only pull for a QB with his pedigree of coaching NFL QB's, and apparently he is even struggling to bring in elite QB recruits. Doesn't this make sense to anyone?

I think that's the definition of "practice"

It's good news IF miles and co starts game planning around his attributes and not trying to force feed game plans that play right into his weaknesses

going to be hard to convince QB's to come to LSU when LSU passes 25% of the time and when they do a lot of the time it's slow developing passing plays taking deep shots.

You sure he is expecting different results? Maybe he is expecting results like 2006 or 2007 or 2011, etc. Maybe he thinks a young qb is why we dipped below 10 wins last 2 years.

My point is there shouldn't always be a "young QB". You have got to have some QB depth.

Why we can just train one of the corner backs to hand off like Auburn

Jefferson first year starting
61.5% 2166 yards 17 TD 7 INT 112.7 rating

Harris first year starting
53.2% 1904 yards 12 TD 5 INT 127.8 rating

At this point in each players career
Jefferson had played in 19 games
Harris has played in 17 games

Jefferson attempted 296 passes
Harris attempted 254

Jefferson averaged 7.3 YPA
Harris averaged 7.5 YPA

Jefferson 171 yards rushing 1.5 YPC 1 TD
Harris 185 yards rushing 2.9 YPC 3 TD

Harris is going to be much better next year, he is going for 2100 in the bowl game, his percentage is lower because he attempts more downfield passes.

DBU, I agree with you but how does that explain us landing NFL wide out talent like Landry and Beckham? Why would a wide receiver come here as well.
