It is. But we saw different elements progressing through he season last year too

We all knew the direction they wanted to go with the offense. Particularly things Burrow could do as he gained experience and trust. Burrow is the biggest key to this seasons success. Bar none

Hope they change it the first weekend in a November because that direction wasn’t good.

I think We wanted to run an RPO heaving Offense.

I dont Think Ensminger bring the expertise necessary to do that.

Saying “oh Burrow wasn’t experienced enough”

He ran RPOs at OSU.

Asking him to under center wasn’t for his comfort level.

We don't. At least not this season.

Just on talent and experience we will improve. Now as far as developing QBs down the line we definitely need someone else to step up.
Why would E be replaced ? Seems he is all-in on the new offense. And Brady can use 2 or 3 years in his current position without all the extraneous distractions an OC has to deal with.

Or, co-OC in '20 would work fine if things go well in '19

Everyone has soften their stance since Alleva was sent packing. There was the feeling O was here no matter what he did because Alleva was so

Totally forgot about that one. Alleva already feels like a lifetime ago.

Yes, I definitely feel that Alleva was the head coach's security blanket. He would not get rid of the HC under any circumstances IMO.

I think people perform best under pressure, and the HC will definitely be under pressure with a competent AD as his boss. We'll see if he rises to the challenge.

Are you the new AD or is it just wishful thinking?

I think he will. Ensminger seems like a great team player

Ensminger does seem like an LSU first kind of guy.

Woodward is the real deal, not like that idiot Alleva. He won't put up with any underachieving.

I guess we will find out. His legacy is Jimbos ridiculous contract with alone sided buyout. He hasn't been responsible for a lot of hardware

And Buzz Williams and Peterson at Washington.

He’s a solid AD.
Jim is contract is ridiculous but that’s probably what you have to pay to pull a NC winning HC from a traditional power to A&M

The fact that if Jimbo leaves he owes the university nothing is the worst part of that deal. On the other side, A$M is on the hook for over 60 million right now

Woodward claim to fame is actually fundraising

It’s weird but do you know another school that would give Jumbo 7.5 mill a year?

I think it’s a bad contract but that’s but Woodard was told to go get this guy and don’t take no for an answer

His salary's really not that ridiculous when you consider they're the most profitable college football program in the country, by a good margin.

And he has a NC in his trophy case. How is that not a lot of hardware?

He's referring to Woodward - no major hardware in Woody's showcase

Yea I agree Ensminger is a true blue Tiger. I didn’t mean he’d resist Brady’s input I just mean I hope he can grasp it comfortably and be able to seamlessly include it into the offense.

This s is pretty much the only thing I worry about. What happens when we get a nice lead, and will we sit on it and revert to a predictable offens?

What hardware does Woodward have?

It's a very simple question. Everyone understood but you
