Yeah if we beat Auburn and Ms St we will forget SE. However, if we lose one or both of those games SE will be looked at as a loss as well.

If we come out like we did against SLU we are going to get slaughtered but anybody that's ever been part of a real team knows that these cupcakes games don't mean anything when it comes to big games like this Saturday. SLU is a classic sleep walk game. In state team wanting to prove themselves. Non motivated LSU looking ahead to Auburn.

Honestly this game to me means nothing.just like the Tulane game in 07.

Tulane is better than sela, it was an early kickoff, and we could actually move the ball.

It ended 34-9 and Flynn threw for 250 yards. With Hester and Scott running for a few tds.

I agree with you. They should 100% know better. But as somebody that has been part of athletic teams for 15+ years I see it all the time. No matter what the coaches say or do it's really hard to get teams motivated for vastly inferior opponents. Les Miles got alot of flack for day dreaming through these games but he never lost one so we gotta give credit there.

Our division rivals didn't seem to have this issue this week.

He also blew out most of these teams. Go back and actually look at what happened in the games rather than just run with the false narrative the Cheeri0s throw out to prop their guy up.

I wasn't propping up anybody. I was making the point that Les Miles got crushed for not smacking bad teams around sometimes but he always won the game. I was giving Miles credit not being critical of him.

It was more of a general response not necessarily about you. One of the new propaganda pieces is that Les never beat the shite out of weak teams, and it's absurdly false.

100%. I support O and hope he succeeds but he deserves flack for the SLU game just like he deserves credit for the Miami game. Problem is 1 side won't criticize and the other wont' give credit when it's due.
