This.Jefferson is holding this offense back. Miles said that they were going to scale back the play calling to run stuff that JJ is comfortable with. Based on the play-calls that we've seen, they are basically acknowledging that he can't handle having to process more than 2 reads. They mentioned the check-down pass to Randle as a positive. The play happened in front of us and the crowd was screaming at JJ to throw him the damn ball a full 3 seconds before he did. Had he checked down earlier instead of staring down his primary, that play may have ended in the end-zone.
JJ should not be the QB. PERIOD. If the staff is hell bent on running the option, then Shep is a much better athlete. If they're interested in developing even a semblence of a passing game, Lee should be in there. If they're striving for slightly less than mediocre on offense, then they have the right guy.

I would imagine the guy is getting emotional. Every other dipshit that calls in has some hair brained remark about the quarterback. They ask the same question a million times and the pair gives them the same opinion a million times.

I watched this show live last year after Vandy. Charles looked like he got slapped with a 2X4 during the show...that cat did not look happy taking calls

You have got to be kidding. They aren't going to take someone's press pass away that actually has a decent following. All they would have to do is tell their listeners and everyone would be crying about a college going gestapo.

The issue is finishing drives...if you get a short field and don't convert in the redzone...you get 5 field goals.

The stuff they are talking about right now is spot on. Recruiting QB's that don't fit a system makes no sense, but the LSU Offense doesn't have an identity anyway, so that doesn't even matter.
