Hester.

All 4 of the other guys have averaged at least 6.3 yards per carry over their careers at LSU. Tell us when NoShow hits that mark.

He got all the tough yardage last year and the bulk of the carries because the others couldn't.

He got the 3rd down and short yardage carries mostly because Miles loves to play favorites to the upper classmen. Also, Hester had more experience than any other back. The guy was likely the least talented overall (physically) of any of our RBs, but he proved to be reliable, clutch and tough. IF you seriously think Williams (5'11, 229lbs, 4.4 speed, FIVE STAR), Scott (6'0, 233lbs, FOUR STAR), Murphy (6'1, 198lbs, FOUR STAR) and Holliday (5'5, 165lbs, ludicrous speed) can't replace him you're gosh damn stupid.

Good lord you sound worse than the RanTARDS who actually believe that.

Charles Scott and Richard Murphy have never done shite against a good team.

Might want to check that again. Scott touched the ball on offense at least once in EVERY SINGLE GAME last year. Murphy touched the ball at least once on offense in every single game last year but Arkansas and Florida. They've seen it all.

This qualifies for dumbest statement of the week. What a dumbass. Top to bottom there's only 1 team in the country that can match our backfield from top to bottom - USC.

Cordy Glenn will play a role in the 2 deep maybe start at RT.
Ben Jones is the backup center (and might win the job outright).
Boling and Vance can both play Tackle.

The OL is a work in progress, but the depth chart you posted isn't close.

So how many guys on the SECOND TEAM OL will have experience if Davis ends up starting on the first team OL. 0 or 1? If so, I was right all along...

So fricking what? Just because opposing fans/teams don't believe he will be effective doesn't mean he won't be. If you put 8 in the box, he'll torch you on a slant or draw or something. The kid did go to Harvard...he is a pretty smart guy

Gee..now take this same shite and apply it to our young OL.

We aren't gonna be meeting you for a chess match. That kids gonna get his arse kicked.

You weren't right about the depth chart. I've never argued we had a deep OL. I said it was better than last year...it sure as shite is. We had 2 f-ing OL with any experience headed into 2007. We did OK I think.

Unproven huh?

Keiland Williams
Career Stats = 146rush, 914yds, 6.3ypc, 11 TD, 13rec, 127yds, 9.8ypr, 1 TD

Charles Scott
Career Stats = 91rush, 601yds, 6.6ypc, 10 TD; 15rec, 139yds, 9.3ypr, 2 TD

Trindon Holliday
Career Stats = 67rush, 536yds, 8.0ypc, 1 TD; 2rec, 3yds, 1.5ypr

Richard Murphy
Career Stats = 35rush, 230yds, 6.6ypc, 2 TD; 8rec, 74yd, 9.3ypr

Yup, they're totally unproven and suck

I hope they don't, because that'll make it that much easier to burn each secondary we face.

LSU RBs..big on stars, short on carries.

I'm really impressed.

We had 5 RBs get 35 carries or more. I'd say that's a committee. Hester just emerged and took the short yardage/3rd down totes. To say Williams, Scott or Holliday played a minor role on the team last year would be fairly retarded to say.

It's called depth. What's wrong with using all your weapons??? Cadillac & Ronnie Brown split time for Auburn...boy they sucked since no one "stepped up".

Please do tell how this will happen d-coordinator daworama

1) YOur dline lost one of the best pass rushers in cfb last year. Will the dline be able to even get past our experienced and talented oline? Probably not often.

2) Your LBs are a weakness.

3) Your CBs weren't that good last year. You had better hope they improve. You keep talking big shite about shutting down Hatch, but your secondary isn't all that great. Can they keep up with our top 3 receivers Byrd (BEST IN THE SEC), LaFell, and Toliver? I doubt it. Furthermore, who exactly is going to match up with Richard Dickson at TE (our leading receiver last year)???

What wasn't I right about? I said you'll have 4, possibly 5 guys on the 2nd team OL who have never taken a college snap depending upon where Davis ends up. Is this right or wrong?

This is what I have a problem with. The line will NOT be better than last year.

Once again, you have TWO linemen with starting experience and those two don't have as much as Velasco and Adams did. Velasco, in particular, was the glue of the line last year.

220 carries vs 70 carries.

Split time?

UGA had 2 backs "split time" last year. You had a feature back and some role players.

Now you lost the feature Back. Hester got the vast majority of carries because...HE WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHERS.

Heck, I don't know why a Jailga fan is talking bad about committees...not long ago Georgia had Brown, Lumpkin and Ware all sharing the rock.

WRONG. He got the majority of the carries because Miles plays to the upper classmen and Hester was the most experienced and turned out to be reliable and tough. To think he's better than Williams or Scott is not very smart. They both averaged a bit higher yards per carry than Hester did last year.
