Seriously, I want to know how bad the problem is. I'm not supporting a team full of pot heads. No 2nd or 3rd chances. First strike, you're out of the program permanently. Go smoke your dope somewhere else. Hard line is the only way to clean it up. Sacrifice short term for long term success.

I'm all for it. I'm leary about going over the middle, where are cling clang WRs seems to not catch the ball cleanly....which make INTs that much easier.
