The subject of the rules and restrictions are one thing, but it’s complete bullshite that non Greeks and other student orgs can do whatever they want wherever they want and trash the parade grounds, have kegs jungle juice etc yet Greeks cannot or they are expelled/kicked off campus immediately. All students should be treated the same

If by their section you mean the entire stadium, then yes. Maybe look around in the 3rd quarter next game.

I do not care one way or the other. Having said that regardless of what the Greek folks do.. it is a free country. As long as they are not violating the law. What they do is their business. I do not remember that tailgating had anything to do,with the tragic hazing incident. I am on the other hand against hazing.

I was being sarcastic in the original post, but it's a fair point you raise. I don't think Greeks are entitled to anything on campus. It's not public property. The University has the right to restrict them however it sees fit. On pragmatic grounds, though, I think one could argue the Greek ban goes too far in painting with a broad brush.
