I thought that Appy played with great intensity, but was just so overmatched in every way. Having said that, Appy did win the 3rd Quarter, if you believe in such things. I saw pretty solid special teams play out of Appy (certainly better than LSU, overall). I don't think Edwards is in mid-season form yet, and that's a good thing for us because he alone could have made the game more competitive. He did show some flashes of why he is considered the best player in FCS.
Congrats and good luck the rest of the way.

Ban Darts for sure, and I we all appreciate the comments on the game especially what we're about to have to go through it was a nice little treat to have , I bet armanti is gonna be sore as hell in the morning by the way he got beat up out there but hes a tough dude though he would go down any less of a qb would have gotten hurt

I noticed that and thought the game could be much more closer if not for those dropped passes. Could be the hard hitting from our safeties got into your WRs head???

I talked to a Appy couple at Mellow after the name and I must say they are some classy fans! We joked about the lack of tailgating but they more than understood the circumstances and said they still had a great time.

Although I was not one of the guys running my mouth on this site, I will eat crow for them since they prolly wont show their face for a while. I was very impressed with everything yall did today. At the same time I was even more frustrated with the way the day went for the apps. LSU is everything they are advertised to be and then some. However the dropped passes and basic mistakes/penalties from our guys where unexpected and really hard to watch,but we will only grow from that stuff.Not to mention, that is what happens when you are over matched and under pressure. I will be pulling for yall the rest of the way.Thanks for the wake up call, I think some of our fans needed it.By the way,did yall feel like when the game got moved up it lost almost all of its hype? I felt that way, but I wasnt there.

All the App fans we met seemed to be having a great time. I know y'all probably weren't fed like you would've been under normal conditions. One of the guys we talked to said that he was just glad the game wasn't cancelled - he would've spent the night in Montgomery AL for nothing.
