He had his fricking chance and he ruined it. When he get's back he should be the #2(even though Mett is better) and only see the field to run the option and garbage time.

I don't think JLee's confidence will be impacted, but if Miles doesn't address it with him directly, he could be looking over his shoulder at times, wondering if JJ's going to come in. I trust that Miles will handle this properly, and make it clear to everyone involved what their respective roles will be.
