I don't think so, this team is going to become much better in March and April than they are now
Better send a memo to the other teams not to get better until March-April. They'll leave the light on for you.

Hess had a bad showing, but he's young and moving from closer. Gilbert had some serious flashes of potential in the CWS. Its the first series, give them time. We can still accomplish everything we want to this season. All I'm saying is give them the benefit of the doubt before we start eating our own

Great for them, they started off strong. Baseball is about finishing strong. Look at last year

Why can't you negative people stick to football. Can't get thru 1 weekend without criticism. Just silly.

They don’t like to hear the truth. Right now the Rant is trying to convince themselves that Notre Dame is actually a good team. It will be funny to hear their twist once Notre Dame starts piling up the losses

Gilbert will be Ok...is he a number 1 in the SEC?..Dont think so.
Hess is a great arm but he isn't a starter.
Maybe one of the new guys steps up but Peterson isn't gonna cut it.

Not saying Gilbert is gonna be a lights out badass but I do think he's gonna be better than people give him credit for.

Then why do I keep seeing posts that it’s early. Give our team some time?
We are getting pushed around by an inexperienced ND team that was bad last year. Have our standards changed now ? Should we not expect to hold our own at home against a team like this?

Last year LSU had some seasoned veteran pitching and it still took time for the team to get going before the run they made at a NC.

Damn, so when will LSU sniff a championship in baseball, basketball or football or all 3 :) have not seen squat yet to move in that direction, wonder if will get there in my life time. Bama won't have that good of a football team in 2018 as in recent saban years, and umm can't really figure out what the problem is in baseball besides pitching and catching needs major improvement with a few other minor fixes in other positions
