UPDATE: An organizer with the Fiesta Bowl has reached out to me! It sounds like they are very much on board to help. Hopefully I can get the tickets donated and maybe some field passes?! Anything helps guys and anything over the cost of the trip is donated directly to the family for Drakes medical expenses! GEAUX TIGERS!

I mean this very respectfully — couldn’t the Fiesta Bowl rep help with the passes and tickets?

His info was short and sweet lol...BUT from that conversation, yes it does appear that they are willing to help with the tickets/passes...why I last minute edited the GFM to include that anything over the cost would be donated directly to the family. Not expecting it, but certainly trying and hoping for it!

I will speak again to Mrs Danielle tomorrow, if all works out I will actually get to meet little Drake and his wonderfully strong family, with some goodies from my team and me. I am asking her if she’s okay with if, or rather WHEN we cover the cost, instead of money to them for Cmas or medical expenses, that we donate those proceeds to the GFM for the DW trip!
We’re 20% there guys, let’s not let this fire dim a bit! I will continue to keep fighting and pushing for this little guy to get both a DW trip AND to see his LSU TIGERS in AZ! It’s ALL about this little warrior and showing him that his community, INCLUDING his Tigers fan community do care about him, and want him to stay strong and fight on!
I have a call tomorrow from the community relations manager for the fiesta bowl organization. They (the FB org) are blown away with the amount of support from Drakes friends, family, and fellow Tigers fans! I’m hoping to get him as much VIP treatment/swag/freebies as possible :)
Sorry so wordy, and not complaining a bit, but the last few donations, UCF fans. Classy guys, I respect that of y’all...but I do wanna see LSU P&G on the top of the donation lists lol! GEAUX TIGERS GEAUX DRAKE!

In case you didn’t know, there are 2 separate GFM pages for Drake. 1 for him to go to the Fiesta Bowl, and the other (sticky) is for him to go to Disney World. :)

By the end of the day today I’m praying that I’ll have word from the fiesta bowl that the entire family will be going! I originally thought small and was just pushing for Drake +1 but with all of the support from Tigers and Knights, along with help from the FB, we’re gonna make this thing happen!

Absolutely! My guess is the Fiesta Bowl GFM is around 70% UCF Knights donating! What an awesome job, and classy act! I'm as competitive as they come, but the way our 2 fanbases have bound together in this endeavor is nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY!!!
