All of you ‘Les Miles Haters’ are complete idiots. Other than Alabama, LSU dominated this year and won the SEC with 13 wins (most in the nation this year). Yet, some of you morons want him fired? Yes, LSU was out-coached, outplayed and out-manned last night by a team coached by Nick Saban, who is arguably the best college football coach of my generation (I'm 27). In this college football system, it is hard to motivate 18-21 year olds to go play and beat a team that they've already beaten earlier in the year because that rematch rarely happens. Yes, Jarrett Lee maybe should have gotten in the game for a couple of series just to see what he could do. I do like Jarrett Lee. I know LSU would not have gotten to the title game without him. But, did any of you people witness Alabama’s incredible pass rush? The best option was to leave Jefferson in because he could at least escape some of that pressure, which he did on the only drive that LSU actually crossed the 50 yard line on. Jarrett Lee couldn’t have done that. Jefferson has had success against Alabama in the past. He won the game last year and came in to win the game for LSU at Alabama this year. Jarrett Lee has 1 touchdown and 7 interceptions vs Alabama in his career. “But Jarrett Lee could have thrown the ball deep, they didn’t even try to throw it deep with Jefferson.” Well that’s because Alabama’s front seven were so dominant that they could leave their safety’s back to take that away the deep pass. Let’s not forget that this is a young LSU team and Alabama is full of seniors and juniors that will likely be gone to the NFL next year. LSU has so much talent returning, which LES MILES recruited! Has everyone forgotten that Les Miles beat Saban earlier this year in Tuscaloosa? Have you forgotten that he is 3-3 vs Saban? And he'll likely be 4-3 vs Saban after next year’s game in Tiger Stadium. Since the last title, LSU had to kick their QB off the team...went 8-5, then 9-4, then 11-2, and then 13-1. I don’t see any digression there. Les Miles obviously knows about the QB issues, so what does he do? Oh he just signs the best junior college QB last year and just a couple of weeks ago, got a commitment from the #1 QB prospect in this recruiting class (even though he backed out, but people were surprised LSU actually got a commitment from him). I’d say Les Miles is doing a hell of a job at LSU. After Saban left, LSU could have easily sunk back down in the mud-hole it was in back in the 90’s, but Miles has kept the program at an elite level and should enter the 2012 season ranked #1 in all the Preseason Polls. ‘Les Miles Haters’….go away. You’re idiots.
