Is it time he steps down from TAF? He doesn't seem able to summon the almighty TAF gods like he once could and get things done. Just trying to work out some solution in my head/trying to rationalize our poor performance the las two years in football.

How do you figure it doesn't? They subsidize everything the team does pretty much. Also a leader who isn't merely a puppet would get the coaches we need in here and show the door yo the coaches we don't need. Simple as that

Yeah, he has to go because he can't run a 4.4 40, throw a 70 yr bomb with perfect timing, scramble like Vick and have an eff. rating of Brees......damit!

Why would you think he has any control over anything?

two words...ryan perilloux. if you can't rationalize or understand the negative effect his dismissal had on LSU football then go to Webster's...look up the word 'obtuse' and paste your picture next to it. have a nice day.

Ignoring the fact that Gen. Richard has NOTHING to do with the football teams performance...

...he has been doing a wonderful job. The TAF is, per usual, flush with money.

How do you figure that TAF has no relationship to how they play on the field?

General Richard is a GREAT TIGER!

He is doing a great job.

He is watching and one of the best leaders we have on the "watch."

Rest assured, Gen. Richard has his eyes on all those who DO or FAIL TO DO their job.

Gen. Richard has run off dead weight, and has personally chased off anyone, in the TAF, that is not doing what's best for LSU.

Your remark shows concern, Mr. Westcoast, and I appreciate what you are saying. You simply love LSU. Don't worry about General Richard, but you may have some concern about university employees, as it relates to doing THEIR job.

seems to work at Bama. If you lose to a team 3 teams in a row, you cannot get it done.

To be fair, he has also said that Matty Ott is unproven.

The guy is just an attention whore.

And that Louis Coleman was "horribly overrated".

Kim Jong Ir I know you like the taste of my balls but get off them. If you don't have something to contribute don't post.

when will people quit making excuses like this. so it takes 2 years everytime a qb leaves as a senior or gets kicked off a team? what about having other qb's prepared?
