Game was not lost on defense. Horrible shot selection and execution in the 3rd doomed us

Our poor offense in 3rd led to runouts for them … and never could get an in bounds to set our half court D.
That 4 point swing when we missed a gimme and they got a fast break layup was the 3rd quarter if microcosm

Yep, that 4 point turnaround was a killer. Especially when we had had so many opportunities that got squandered. However, I was proud of how they kept hustling even when it was clear it wasn’t going to happen tonight.

Transition defense was awful tonight. Way too many unguarded gunners running down the middle of the court leading to easy layups.
