Not sure if this is the same guy, but found this blog from a game last year.
BLUE NOT A POPULAR COLOR.
Although the men in blue (or black) are never popular among fans or players, there was an unusual amount of animosity toward the umpires in this series, especially from Wake Forest. In the first game, many of the Wake Forest players openly questioned the ball/strike calls of home plate umpire Fred Cannon. Demon Deacon catcher Brett Armour was tossed in the 10th inning when he struck out swinging and turned around to say something to Cannon, who immediately gave him the thumb.

That's why I changed it. Misleading tweet. No change in rotation to me means no change in rotation, not Fred Cannon is at third instead of home plate.
