If the car crossing median thing is accurate, could it be an alcohol issue? So something the team isn't required to test for by NCAA/SEC but his treatment would have to remain confidential...just thinking out loud here.

Mickey's Dad passed away while driving, then Mickey's Dad's car crossed the median, causing a head-on collision.

In front of Troop L near Mandeville.

Mickey was not in the vehicle. Mickey was close to his father.

My original speculation was that perhaps Mickey and Les Miles are dealing with some issues unrelated to football, perhaps Les is trying to help Mickey through a difficult time in his life. That might explain the leaving, then returning, but returning and then not playing. Pure speculation on my part.

And if Mickey sees this, my prayers are with you. I knew your Dad and always enjoyed being around him ... and that man could make some music.

Wasn't Mickey. His Dad died of a heart attack while driving.

Great family it appears. Met Mickey several times as I work with his mom. I think that would hit anyone hard at that age especially
