We didn't offer him if I'm not mistaken? Maybe someone could clear this up for me.

For him to be so highly touted in this article, I wonder why LSU wasn't very high on a homegrown QB prospect.

We already had both a dual-threat and a pocket passer commited. LSU did offer as a fall back in case either of our guys flipped.

Thompson is high on the list because of Mullen. His track record with QB's is as good as anyone in the country. I'm surprised he is still at MSU.

Ahh... that makes more sense. I guess Thompson read the tea leaves and opted for MSU.
