Torina should have sent Andrews. She was running full speed. Having a runner at third with 0 out in softball is no guarantee of a run.

Because she stopped her before she got to third. When the outfielder picks up the ball Andrews is where the shortstop would line up between 2nd and 3rd.
She was already standing on 3rd base when the cutoff gets the ball. If she had kept running she probably would have been half way to home. It would have had to have been a perfect throw and tag by FSU.
