that's true also, everyone knew, including Orgeron, that Burrow was a physically mature QB with a good arm, good athleticism, good size, accurate and intelligent. Something none of the other QB's were. But he wasn't GIVEN the starting job, he was just better so earned it by being better.
hOw anyone can think Orgeron shouldn't do everything he can to improve the team just to please certain players makes no sense. He needs to win now. The fans want the team to win now. The players want to win NOW. Keeping McMillan and Narcisse happy is not the #1 priority of this staff.

I’m sorry, but I can’t buy that. A guy who has taken few if any snaps for LSU is demanding the coaches name him starter???
It seems pretty obvious that the staff going out and bringing in Joe didn’t sit too well with some quarterbacks already on the team. I can understand their feelings and I can understand the staff doing what they felt they had to.
Let’s just hope it works out well for everyone.

Jesus, hundreds of players transfer every year and many of them beat out players who have been at a school for a few years. Alabama did it a couple of years ago with the FSU kid transferring in. Michigan is doing it this year with Shea, Russell Wilson beat out the QBs At Wisconsin.
Narcisse and McMillan will likely do that to some JUCO Guy’s and then try to do it the following year at another school. By your point of view they should not be allowed to do that.
