Holgerson sounds concerned.

I've been thinking about this ... how do you prepare for LSU?

Especially, our offense. It's so simple, yet there is nothing you can do about it. If you put eight in the box and still can't stop us from running, you're fricked. There is no "scheme" for that other than telling your boys to nut up.

As good as our defesne is, at least you can try to throw a new scheme at it like Holgerson will this week. But what do you say if you're the DC for West Virginia? Other than just stop them.

It's like we turn the game into a street fight.

but both are true. its funny that wvu's offense is like somewhat like Oregon's, except not as good. should be interesting.

From the comments:

"Wish I had a $1 for everytime I got called "Tiger Bait" last year at the game. It's understandable coming from drunken college kids, but sarcastically coming from little kids and really old people who should know better than talk to folks with the tone they displayed leaves you feeling pretty disgusted. :( "

Lulz at him being "disgusted" by little kids Tiger Baiting him.

IN THEORY...

Attack the LB's in the passing game with TE's and RB's out of the back field. ALOT of draws and middle screens to make the DL think on each play. And run with the QB.

Oh...and pray! B/c you'll still need Gods help.

I wouldn't take him/them lightly. Different team, different setting.

He's just saying all that in the media, giving LSU its props (and rightfully so); however, he's a good X's and O's guy...he'll have some sneaky shite up his sleeve.

Comments during the Moo St game about our "old school" defense being hard to defend because you don't see it very often any more.
