And I guess we’ll pretend Brosette didn’t take multiple dives short of the goal line to prevent the game from ending with a 14 point win. Except we played horrible in that game. They very well could have beaten us.
It’s no more insane than saying we were close to beating Florida.
You can’t say “we almost beat Florida” without also accepting that “we almost lost to Arkansas”.

How do you figure? We had a 4th quarter lead against Florida and had the ball twice w a chance to retake the lead or tie. Arkansas had none of those things. Again, you’re reaching. LSU kicked Arkansas’ arse until the end of the game. LSU tried not to score at the end, and now you’re coming back acting like they almost lost because the final score was a 7 point difference. It’s hilarious the depths some will go to spin an argument. Just stop while you’re behind. LSU did not almost lose to Arkansas, they just didn’t beat them as badly as they should have.

And yet Florida beat us by more points than we beat Arkansas and i’m the one “reaching”. We had to run plays to run the clock out against Arkansas. That could have resulted in a turnover just like the Florida game did.
Sorry but you are just wrong here. Accept it and move on.

I agree with this. While I feel that this staff is good I don't feel it necessary to denigrate the former coaching staff at all.

But that’s exactly what OP is saying here. He’s trying to say this staff is better than previous staffs yet this staff has yet to prove that they are better.
It’s these posts that makes the Orgeron fan crowd look ridiculous and fuels the fire for the anti O crowd to attack the absurdity of it.

This is simply not true. I'm no more or less qualified than anyone else. I've never claimed to be anything other than a 55 year old man that watches LSU football from my recliner on the weekends. I like to catch a couple of games every year but unfortunately I wasn't able to this season.

Correct. We still had to get first downs to win the game. Just like we did in the Arkansas game. Not sure why this is so hard for you to follow.
Like I said, you can’t claim we almost won the Florida game without saying we almost lost the Arkansas game. Without the pic 6, we win that game. With a pic six or scoop and score, Arkansas could have won that game.
