I don't have to remember any names. I know your team better than you.
Ford might be pound-for-pound the best athlete on our team. The only RB on your roster he doesn't completely outclass right now is Dyer.

I personally see stevan ridley starting with ford right behind him.

and the thing know one wants to talk about, but is silently acknowledged by those in the know on the Capstone, Lacy is really better than Richardson!

that is true and all, but if Ridley runs like he's capable of none of those guys touch him, Ingram, Richardson or his teammate Ford because the dude is like a runaway locomotive.
i hope you're either drunk or attempting sarcasm...

Only thing i failed at is wasting my time talking shite to a team that cant talk any shite due to recent success against LSU.. I mean lack of success

But, according to you, i'm the one who brought up Auburn's running backs.
Smells like..FAIL.
And a minute ago you said this thread is about running backs. Did you not ?
Now you're talking about Auburn.
Make your fricking mind up.

I think Mike Ford has a great chance to be Top 5 SEC back as a FR. Like someone said earlier he may rewrite some history books at LSU with an injury free campaign. He has already broken his collarbone in HS. I want his knees/hammys to hold up!

and he is probably a better running back.
TR>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Ingram.
I still think that it was one of the worst picks in Heisman history. Nothing personal, but Suh was the best football player in America. . .and it wasn't close.
The kid from Stanford probably had a better argument, too.

I think he has a chance to be good, LSU keeeps talented backs, they just don't get as much usage out of them as they should.

No, it's your reflection in the mirror dumbass!

For all of you saying Richardson was better than Ingram hands down, you really are ignoring a lot of pertinent data.
First off Ingram carried less than 2 times (1.8 to be exact) the carries of Richardson and got more than 2.2 times the yards. He has almost a full yard more YPC average despite carrying it as much.
He had 17 TDs to Richardson's 8, and that's a Carry per TD ratios of:
Ingram = 16
Richardson = 18.1
So Ingram scored more often despite more carries.
In the end, the fellatio of Richardson, especially over Ingram, is simply hysterical. Running back is the easiest position to translate to in both college and the pros, so I don't see Richardson being sooo much better than Ingram because the game against Auburn he ran better.
As for Ford, he has as much potential as Richardson. PERIOD. If we have an OL like Bama had last year, the kid will impress. Most well rounded back LSU has seen in a while, and that is saying a lot.

Too much math in there, Mafia. You lost me buddy.

Basically, Ingram was better on ypc by nearly 1 more yard and carries per TD (more than 2 less) than Richardson, despite having more carries and thus being more worn down.
Somehow Richardson is better than him though.
