I think it would send a clear message to the coaching society that LSU is not a good place to coach. Wrong priorities and an ignorant, unreasonable fan base.

He has not won it every year, sonnyboy. Get a clue. He won it one year( Oh and let me use one of your ilk's favorite lines) with Ron Zook's players. Then the gators had a decent season with 8 wins and they got back to the NC last year. THey also have had the luxury of having probably the greatest college football player of the last 30 years on their team. And please, do not even attempt to minimize that. Without Tebow, UF is not even in the picture last year or this year.

I agree,RS has has lost a year with very few touches,He has never been ever to get the full use of TH and RR has had some playing time but could be used so much more.I just think we could get a better offensive coach to go along with chavis

I have lost a lot of confidence in miles (not all but most, not saying id want him fired but he doesnt seem to be elite by any means....but I wouldnt want to go through a coaching change either...unless he loses to old miss and Arky... I'm interested to see how the rest of the season goes and what he does with the O next year...But I do know this, if he gets the chance to go to Michigan again, he's gone...nobody turns down there dream job twice....theres nothing more he can do at LSU, he wont win it again with Bama and Fl running like a well oiled machine and Tenn on the rise..

If they come for LM this or next year, and Miles desire to fix his alma mater..

Somewhat in rank and file of preference, especially the first two, a baker's dozen of potential HCs for LSU.

Brian Kelly
Chris Petersen
Charlie Strong
Gary Patterson
Kyle Whittingham
Will Muschamp
Bronco Mendenhall
Jon Gruden
Tommy Tuberville
Kevin Sumlin

Les Miles is not getting fired - any discussion on the subject is stupid. Les finishing coaching at Michigan a few years from now, when Rich Rodriguez gets fired, is certainly a possibility.

The son returning home to bring Michigan back to it's former glory, would certainly be a nice way for him to finish his career.

Let say that he does get fired

Man has won 80% of his games--what the @#$% is he supposed to do?

Should LSU follow the Nebraska lead & fire a 9-3 coach? We saw how well that worked out for them.

IMHO, there shouldn't even be discussion about firing Coach Miles.

So if you want RS to have more touches, who do you take touches from to give them to RS.

Maybe the dumbasses want to take the touches away from the guys who actually know the frickin plays and where to line up and don't cause their team to have to burn precious timeouts while they have it spoon fed to them. He's a great athlete, but man, get your head out of your rectal area and learn the plays.

Sonnyboy, if you are going to try and take part of my sentence and use it in a very lame attempt to make me look bad, you are a pathetic little pussyboy.

For the record. Here is the complete sentence in my post, sonnyboy: "He won it one year( Oh and let me use one of your ilk's favorite lines) with Ron Zook's players."

And now, sonnyboy. Here is the rest of the post that followed that sentence:
"Then the gators had a decent season with 8 wins and they got back to the NC last year. THey also have had the luxury of having probably the greatest college football player of the last 30 years on their team. And please, do not even attempt to minimize that. So, sonnyboy, try to not humiliate yourself so publicly. I know it is a hard thing to do, since you are just being yourself, but hey, at least try. For the sake of your parents.

Let say that he does get fired or he leaves for his Mich job because the fanbase cries out for it. Then when he leaves, we no longer have superior recruiting classes. Would you be happy then?

We need to lock up the Lessinator long term brah.
