Not saying that Wade didn't run an offense (he did) but I don't think the start of that game is as much evidence of that as you think it is. I watched in full up to the under 16 TO and they had 3 different possessions with zero passes, none of which ended in a bucket. Well Kentucky started pressuring us full and 3/4 court a lot and a popular way to attack ball pressure is to spread it out and run high ball screens which if Kentucky plays the percentages on will result in the ball handler taking the shot. The example I gave was the first possession because all I needed to do was disprove that posters narrative which the first possession of the game does.
