Ok, you said "most" and I said "everything". My mistake, sorry.

I didn't say those weren't legitimate gripes or concerns.

You said you didn't read the OP's posts, you just automatically wanted to place the blame on the coaches. If you didn't read it, you have no idea what kind of information it might have contained. That's why I called you a whiner.

It seems like there are a lot of posters who don't feel their day is complete until they have shite all over Miles and the coaching staff.

It's very frustrating being a LSU football fan these days.

To put LSU football through a microscope all you need to do is look at the 4th quarter of the MST game last week to encapsulate the decline since the 2012 BCS.

That is the coaching product on the field right now, in my opinion.

Take it one step further, look at the punting in the Wisconsin game and then how much better it was in the last game. They could not clean that up before the season started. Ugg, I can go on and on.

Sometimes it is. I personally don't let the disappointment of a game on any given Saturday to wreck my upcoming week.

Two fumbles by one of, if not the best running back in college football. Should Miles have benched Fournette? I don't think so, and I don't see how those "mistakes" by Fournette should fall on the shoulders of the coaching staff.

The onside kick should have been defended differently, but without a very favorable bounce for Miss.State, who knows who would have recovered it. Perhaps State, perhaps not.

Some of it is the coaches responsibilities. I believe some of it falls on the players shoulders as well. Dropped passes for instance, not every pass is going to be completed, so I don't get too worked up over a few bad passes or dropped balls. But these kids were recruited and earned their scholarships because they were good at throwing or catching a football. Most of those "mistakes" are on the players, in my opinion.

Punting was terrible in the Wisconsin game. Growdens first live action I think. Maybe it was nerves, maybe it was technique. He obviously had to have punted better in practice prior to that game no matter what kind of technique he used.

My question is, since his punting is lights out better than the first game, who gets credit for the improvement? I think it should be shared by the player and the coaches. But if all the blame falls on the coaches for poor performances, then shouldn't the coaches get all the credit when performances increases?

I used this when I coached HS and learned a lot. Not CFB level stuff but definitely enough.

frick you stupid. My point is it's pretty fricking easy to keep the ball in bounds. You've probably never played a sport so you wouldn't know.

We have a better KO specialist riding the pine in Connor Culp. Gamble is a negative.

Respectfully, Connor is a really good kicker for someone so young. However, as much as people bang on Cameron, he has really started to get the hang of a higher sky kick that drops between the 5 and 3 yards deep. The problem is when the staff wants him to put a right to left movement on the ball in order to drop it between the sideline and the left hash. You cannot stop the right to left energy on the ball.

The coverage team has actually done this year what the staff wanted done in past years, namely make the tackle short of the 20 and make a net yardage gain over kicking a touchback.

Head to head Connor and Gamble can both KO and secure a touchback. Based on what I have seen, if I had to bet money on the two of them and 20 kicks....I put Connor at around 17/20 and I put Cameron at 18/20. Now, dropping the ball between the 5 and 3 yards deep? Honestly, it has taken Cameron over a year to get that touch....Connor has not got it yet.

So respectfully, insofar as what the staff requires, I give Cameron the edge over Connor. However, Connor was a good recruit. He will certainly be the guy in the future and will keep Jack on the bench.
