I've been about 6 or 7 times - usually nice people with no problems - with one excpetion - I was at the "When Pigs Fly Game" - there were a few jerks at the end of that game since it was such a shock for them to lose - I ignored them for the mosrt part! Since Bama was heavily favored then - maybe history will repeat itself this time!! Have fun and Geaux Tigers!

I've been in that stadium many many many times. Never met a gump that I liked. They are nice when they win. They reveal their true selves when they lose. I am pretty sure those assholes will be super nice to you, but dont think for a minute that they dont shite on our school/state/culture every fricking chance they get.

I'm an LSU fan living in Alabama with them.
They are obnoxious and can dish it but can't take it!
Most LSU fans living over here say we like their program, coach; but it's the fans we can't stand!

You may want to cancel your trip this year and save the $$$ to go back in 2 years.

I live in Birmingham and have been to T Town numerous times over the years (24 years). The tailgating is good. The majority of the people are solid and fun. They love their team just as much as anyone else. There are actually a lot of similarities in the fan bases. Like it or not. It's all how you approach it. Go in looking to have a good time and you will.
Gainesville on the other hand is pure garbage. Never had a worse experience in any venue than I did at UF. Will never return to that cesspool.
