Go to London or anywhere in the UK, for that matter, and they say they’re going out for a pint. In the pubs over there (they call them pubs, not bars) they serve by the pint or 1/2 pint.

Any one from Ireland, where the best beer in the world is produced. Guinness. When you arrive in Ireland you have to drink a pint.

Just as our players are engaged daily in conditioning drills getting ready for the season, you need to find a local sauna and spend about 30 minutes in it each day for a month or so prior to your trip. That's what you'll feel when you step outside for the first time in Baton Rouge. You will need the extra conditioning come game day. Otherwise, folks may be taking photos with you while you're unconscious.
