Hey all. First game since 94. Moved away when I was a kid and finally making the trip.

Would like to experience everything good. What all do I need to know?

The stadium has changed a little since '94. If you want to beat the traffic, stay the whole game

Close your eyes when the offense comes on the field!

The offense is bad, but not Jamie Howard bad.

Aramark makes Popeyes seem super-fast and efficient.

- The concession is really not that great. It isn't as bad as people here make it seem, but it is nothing to brag about.

- Depending on the game, the atmosphere may not be anything like you remember. Even when LSU was terrible in the 90s, the atmosphere was better than it was last night. Again though, it's not as bad as this board will have you believe. Bigger games have a great atmosphere.

- Tailgaiting isn't the same as it used to be. This is one that the board really doesn't overexagerate. Alleva really screwed this up. Its probably still better than nearly anywhere else.

Bottom line....it's not the same as it used to be, but it's still a great place to be. The convience of watching on tv is nice, but being there is still something special.

1st checkout the DandyDon website the morning of to find times of interest like watching the team walk into the stadium.

2nd drop about a grand for premium parking, great seats, and below average stadium food.

3rd keep your buzz going at a Walk-Ons after the game.

Thanks for the dandy don tip. I’m coming for the Ole Miss game.

Staying close to the stadium. Will definitely be staying the whole game.

Any other tips for pre-game festivities would be greatly appreciated.
