Ever heard of putting in a bid? You think the College baseball and the NCAA want to show off UK's shitty stadium on ESPN during the Super Regionals?

The bid requires a guarantee from the University of $50,000 to the NCAA. That's all.

50K minimum. Im not even sure UK will put up 50k to begin with.
UCLA atmosphere is still better than UK. And UCLA was a 2 seed. Of course they were going to host. UK is on the bubble and stadiums and bids matter at that point.

Probably so, but UK's facilities shouldn't be your justification for why USCe will get a National Seed.

Its not...the fact that they got swept, failed to win the division and are playing their worst at the wrong time of the year is why they wont get a seed..throw in thier stadium and fan support and Carolina becomes the much easier choice for a national seed.
