They are both in the same academic class for sure the only difference in the two is LSU is more nationally recognized because of sports.

Went to both schools graduated from Lafayette. In my opinion, Lafayette as a town is much more pleasant to live. It seems to be what Br once was back in the day. ULL is 100% a commuter school made up mostly of kids from acadiana. LSU has a more diverse student body. You get more of a traditional college experience at LSU for sure and you will pay for that. But let’s not act like academically the two aren’t the same.

You can easily get a quality education at Lafayette and also go party on game days in BR with the rest of the state. It’s completely normal and many people do it despite what ULL die hards say. The bar scene in Lafayette is much better than tiger land.

ULL will never be more than an annoying distant cousin to LSU unless they somehow stumble into tens of millions in NIL $ and pump it all into sports to become a G5 juggernaut.

Not sure why we're talking about the University of Louisville academic standards but okay.

typical response from uneducated fans

So if you had a LSU offer and a ULL offer you would of still picked ULL?
