People should buy non-LSU stuff to use when not associated with a game?

I have a bunch of LSU shirts. I thought fans were supposed to wear some of there teams clothing every now and then to support there team and show people who they like. Boy was I wrong

I wear my t-shirts all the time when not at work because I usually buy them on sale and that's the majority of what I have.

Everytime I am back on campus, I go to the discount rack in the Union bookstore. If I'm not at work, I am wearing an LSU shirt. If think it's silly, I don't care.

I usually don't put on a LSU shirt unless it is for a game. All of this dressing like a tiger every where you go, especially on vacation is kind of silly.

You sound fun

I wear LSU stuff when I am not at work, but I live in Virginia and I show my pride not in LSU, but the state of Louisiana.

my favorite polos are the LSU colored ones and my favorite t-shirts are LSU ones. I wear them often and I am pretty much a better fan than all of y'all , no, but I do wear LSU stuff alot, usually a cap everywhere. Of course I am in Georgia for the time being so I have to show my pride.

Two things that annoy me though: cheap arse looking LSU clothing, and fans that don't ever wear LSU stuff and act like it is a crime against humanity to ever wear it

i assume that this is so prevalent among LSU grads due to the cheap cost of athletic clothing

I don't wear it everyday. I don't blame those who do. I have a couple of game day shirts that are 'lucky' and i avoid wearing them on non-game days. I like to see Tiger fans at the ball park, making groceries or just hanging out. I say wear it proud and wear it often.

....Generally, I don't wear LSU clothing during the week. I do like wearing a hat or tshirt at informal social gatherings on weekends. That's me.

This is America. People can do what they wish when they want. I really don't think it's my place to be the fashion police.

I just got back from Pigeon Forge,TN for vacation and I wore my LSU clothing every where I went. By doing so I met a lot of fans and people from Louisiana on their Vacation also.. Didn't realize so many fans were in TN. Even a family who lived only 5 minutes away from where I live which I thought was awesome.

P.S. There were a lot of Alabama fans there dressed up too.. I tiger baited everyone of them and We/they enjoyed it..

I will wear LSU apparel to the gym here in Mississippi just to extend a big frick you to a few USM and Ole Miss friends. I seldom, if ever, where it anywhere else. Probably wore it with more regularity when I was younger but at 34 its not something I think about today.

I don't think Ole Miss or MSU have as strong of a fan base in southern Mississippi as much as in the northern and central part of the state. USM doesn't really have that strong of a following and there are more LSU fans than what people from LA would expect. I happen to know from experience being originally from Gulfport myself.
