of course yall do. You simply cannot realize that these are the 2 best teams. You're trying to be a conspiracy theorist when there is no conspiracy. Its lunacy.

I wonder if you would say the same tune if in a given year Oregon and Stanford were undefeated until they met and after, and all other teams had lost 2 or more... except Oregon and Stanford. And both those teams got to get in the title, even though from the same Conference, and same division. Or heck, from the same state, such as Oregon and Oregon State, if they did. You are telling me the people from SEC land would not have any problem with such and such teams playing from the same Conference who already met?
You are a hypocrite if you say you would have no problem with that "National" champion matchup. There would be nothing NATIONAL about it then...And you and I know it. Only now, when it only a SEC gamefest,,, you have no problem with it.

Here's a question for you:
What do you possibly hope to accomplish by coming onto an LSU football board bitching and moaning about the BCS and Alabama?
Why don't you take your crying arse to a Bama board, or to the More Sports board, or maybe even write your congressman?
Better yet, watch Oprah or make a visit to your therapist. Tell them about your abandonment issues and how that leads you to cry about the system--but only when it doesn't go your way.
You're a whiny little weasel--and you made nothing but excuses after LSU walloped the mighty ducks back in September.
Your team is a two loss pretender that lacks the talent as well as the depth to compete nationally.
Learn to live with it--or don't.
But take your whining somewhere else--so you can cry to someone who gives a crap.

people would be upset but they wouldn't be calling for a boycott or dreaming up some type of conspiracy theory with no basis.
Myself, personally, would tune into the game and enjoy it. Why? Because i fricking love football, and conferences do not mean shite to me. It is just a goddamn label. It doesn't restrict 2 teams from playing each other IF THEY ARE frickING BEST TEAMS!! and im not some crazy left wing douche that thinks everything needs to be questioned when it doesn't go your way. "Hey, im a douche, let me boycott this cause im a little sissy ninny baby that needs attention and cant get my way!!!"
The SEC has proven to be head and shoulders above all conferences the last decade or so. It shouldn't surprise you that the voters think the 2 best teams could possibly be in the same conference, even the same division. Get your head out of your arse and stop trying to make something out of nothing. This is a pretty down year for college football all together. This is the best possible matchup, and will be a huge hit when it is all said done. The country wants a rematch, whether the people in Oregon realize it or not.

And how quick do our fans forget how delusional you really are.
shall we look at some of your preseason predictions again?

My prediction is:
2011 LSU team has a Offense 1 notch better on Offense but a Defense that is 2 notches worse then last year, esp in the front 7
This just might be the best Defensive unit Oregon has ever had going against you. I chuckle every time some LSU fan assumes that with our D from loosing a few.
We do have the best Offensive and Defensive backfield in College football. All the sports writers easily vouch for the Offense and why that is so, but they have no clue about our Defense.
This game spells doom, doom, doom for LSU all the way around!
RB: Oregon, we have 4-5 RB's that would be starter for you. Actually know us, and then talk.
LB: Oregon (this year you have newbs, last year it would be LSU)
DB: Oregon, though LSU's are also very great. UO just happens to have the best DB's in CFB, LSU would be #3rd in nation after Bama.

I'm sorry, did you say something? C'mon, man. Who should the Tigers play? Who are you suggesting? I'd like to suggest that USC is playing some of the best ball in the nation at this point, but that ain't happening... So you present a problem, and no solution. LSU and Alabama are head and shoulders above the rest of the pack. BCS sucks. Thank you, Captain Obvious.

First of all... What on earth does my entire post or any of the points I made have to do with my Oregon loss to LSU?
And was I whining about it in any way jackoff?
Look, it is simple. Why do you stop from your postings on here and just continue back on your circle jerk you were on...

what is your biggest objection-
1. Bama didn't win a conference?
2. Bama already lost to LSU?
3. BOTH TEAMS ARE FROM THE SEC?

Your right USC is playing probably the best ball of anyone out there, RIGHT NOW. I totally agree. When I saw them live, I was impressed and they reminded me of USC back in their prime. Big/physical, hungry/ fast/ lights out/dominating. We still almost came back, save a easy field goal miss to them though... But yeah, watching them play vs UCLA last night it was amazing. The aired it up liked USC of old. And they played amazing vs us earlier, as said. I have all respect for them. But as we all know, they are out this year, sanctions and all.
And just so you know, Oregon has beat them the last 3 out of the last 4 times, 2 of which they have Petey as coach even ie not under sanctions. So we easily hold our own vs them. I was actually happy they are back though. It gets old having to defend our Conference... and yeah, them being good probably does make our Conference look better.
Back to this years natty...
I think Okie lite is more worthy then Bama. Read Tiger Rant for that thread about that Okie Lite graph. LINKThey make a much easier case then Bama, not to even have to mention the fact Bama is a runner up SEC team...
Logically, it should be any team to the Natty not in the same Conference as #1 in my view. And remember, back in 2007 a guy named Les Miles agreed with me. So are you called Les Miles absurd? Because if you are calling me so, you have to call Les Miles such too, as he said the same thing back in 2007...

What kind of an idiot comes onto an LSU message board to whine and complain about something that has absolutely nothing to do with LSU?
I'll tell you. The same kind of idiot who, before the game, proclaims his Ducks heads and shoulders above LSU and after LSU destroys them, comes back to make excuses.
You cry way too much to be taken seriously.
You're on an LSU board complaining about Alabama and the BCS.
What are you going to do tomorrow? Go onto a New York Yankees board and complain about the penalty rule in hockey?

The argument itself is pretty whiny. The SEC is head-and-shoulders the best conference, with the two best teams. They should play. If Oregon and Stanford were the two best teams in the country, I'd be excited to watch the BCS title game between the two best teams. Because I love good football. But, according to you, fans don't want to watch the two best teams play if they're both from the SEC. Why? I don't know but I can take an educated guess that they're unhappy with the talent level, dominance, and bestowed praise of the SEC.
You can dress it up all you want, but it just sounds like people in other regions won't watch the two best teams play because they're jealous and sick and tired of the excellence of Southern teams. It's pretty whiny.

You think she's whining now. Ask her what she posted here after LSU trounced her Ducks?

Genro, you are obvious. You are a gump coming on here only to lobby hard for Bama to get in. While I am a Duck and I have not lobbied in any way shape or form for Oregon.
I too like good cfb. And that is why I am unbiased. I have no dog in this fight. I do not care about Okie lite, Vir Tech or even Stanford. I personally drove down to Stanford and saw firsthand what my Ducks did to them live. I will easily say they are over-rated big time. We made them look silly. And not just us, they have struggled in other ways too. We are just not as good as we were last year, my Ducks. And same with Stanford. I way more feared them, for a rematch them playing Auburn. Stanford last year was 3 times better then this year in my view and observation.
I do not have a dog in this fight. But you gump sure do... I could care less if LSU played Navy for instance. I speak my mind because I feel it is just not right, for Bama to corruptly get their way in the Natty. No team that was not the best of their Conference should make it in. The NATIONAL champ game is bigger then any such Conference and if any such team cannot even win their smaller Conference, bigger prizes should not be offered. Wisky even or any other Conference champ should get in WAY before a second rate Bama. And Les Miles back in 2007 agreed with me and my thinking. So there.

So your objection order is
1.Bama already lost to LSU?
2.BOTH TEAMS ARE FROM THE SEC?
3.Bama didn't win a conference?
So let us look at this objectively
1.Bama already lost to LSU?
I assume that if Bama were undefeated it would not be an issue? It is only choosing the 1st among equals in the 1-loss group.
The only loss that Bama has is to the #1 and that too in OT by 3 points.
The other closest contender has a loss to Iowa State.
Can't you see why your argument doesn't hold water?
2. Both teams are in the SEC
meh.. suck it up. Choose any of the following
a. We are the SEC (with the gravitas to prove our worth)- winners of past 5 NCs
b. Ask other schools to better their football programs.
c. At least learn not to lose to non-SEC teams till #1 is proven wrong.
3. Bama didn't win a conference
When the #1 is in the same division and the only loss is to them , how the frick can the #2 team also win the conference?
In no way does it lessen their quality or worth , merely that this is a tough division/conference.
This is not the same as Nebraska (when the ducks lost out) or Oklahoma (when USC lost out) or when Michigan wasn't given a chance and both Michigan and tOSU were thrashed in the bowls (proving that neither deserved a #1 or #2).
Who is the other deserving team with not just a good win but also not a bad loss.
BTW - strong suggestion - this would be better on Bama forums or at least the More Sports Board. While LSU fans would like to see LSU beat a different team for 14 unique wins, we really don't care whose arse is thrashed in New Orleans

But seriously--why are you on an LSU board complaining about Alabama and the BCS?
Are you dense or just a woman scorned?

I am lobbying for Alabama. I own it. If OSU was undefeated, I would have no argument.
You DO have a dog in this fight, and it's anyone but the SEC. The two best teams are in the SEC and they're likely gonna play each other for the National Championship and you don't like that and you're whining about it. It's ok. None of this message board stuff matters. It doesn't make a difference. You're just on here whining about not wanting to see the SEC. Just own it.
