I was just watching the first half of last year's A&M game and was really impressed by Davis-Price.

The great thing about going back and watching these games a second and third time is you're not worried about the score because you already know who wins. It allows you to hone in on backups, defensive stunts, blocking schemes, etc.

I think by year's end TDP is going to be the feature back. Your thoughts?

I'd love to see him and Emery in a two back set.

I think TDP will break out this season and eventually get the most carries. A good problem to have, 3 potentially great backs. Reminds me of the Ware, Ford, Blue, Hilliard days. They all bring something different.

Loaded on offense. Good luck stopping it.

We have a 3-headed dragon in Curry, TDP, and Emery Jr. These guys will all share carries throughout each game. Unless one of them begins to really set themselves apart from the pack. I think Curry will be the featured back in the beginning of the season, however, we all are expecting TDP and Emery to breakout given their high-billings.

I see certain games where each back will excel and flourish given their respective skillset.

I think TDP is a prime mixture of both Curry and Emery. He's fast, agile, he's got strength (he's a bruiser), he possesses a high-football IQ (i.e. the Florida TD-run), he will play well against teams that have athletic LBs because he's a 1-cut back and when he sees the hole he accelerates through it. (Alabama has issues stopping these type of RBs).

Agree, but Curry could start for almost everyone and will be difficult to beat out. I wouldnt bet much on TDP taking that feature role.

both Emery and Davis-Price have shown some ability to break long runs. Curry can make a 20 yard run, by breaking tackles and he hands out whiplash like the Easter Bunny hands out candy, but he is going to have to show that he can break long runs to hold onto the starting spot imo.

According to Coach, TDP is third on the depth chart. Curry is listed as the 1 with Emory 2. FTR, I'm a fan of all three and think they'll all be used to keep fresh legs in the game. Curry intrigues me most though. He's sat back and learned for what, 2 years now? We saw him emerge at the end of last season and I believe he's about to breakout. #BabyBeastMode

I know we “talkIn bout practice” but I like what I’ve seen and heard plus the end of last year. Guy is an animal and ready to take the lead. Very excited about him and like his style

Isn’t it nice to have talented options? All three bring something a little different. However, for one to become THE GUY, he is gonna have to pass block/blitz pick up. That will be the separator.

This. Easier to see the good and the bad. Watched Texas game last night and I never realized how big of a liability Todd Harris was. I know O talks him up, but damn he was bad vs Texas.

Do any of our 3 rbs have good hands? I loved CEHs pass catching ability as well as his shiftiness. He was a threat no matter where he was on the field
