Excited as fall football practice nears for LSU

LSU faces a daunting schedule, they also have to find a QB to lead them.
The 2018 schedule would be daunting for any coaching staff in the SEC, if LSU somehow survives this tough schedule, it would really make for an enjoyable season.
Saving my criticism if any until the end, I want myself to enjoy every moment of LSU football this year, it seems to always pass too fast. So here’s a toast to fall football practice nearing us. Geaux Tigers!!!

You're gonna get some push back on the schedule comment, but we are really going to learn a lot about the direction of the program this season. That part definitely had me anxious for the season to start.

The schedule appears to be a typical LSU schedule, perhaps a little tougher b/c Georgia is going to be very good.

I’m pumped for practice videos, rumors and the QB competition (let’s believe there’s one). More excited to hear how Burrow is meshing with the WRs.

Going to be tough keeping Burrow from starting, the added competition makes everyone better for LSU’s QB’s.

I don’t think it’s much of a competition as much as Burrow’s to lose.
Honestly, I like Brennan, Lowell and McMillian.
It’s a good problem to have, considering recent QB issues around here.
I hope Burrow is as good as advertised.

Get out of here with that positive vibe sht, they wont allow it and yes I feel exact same way always have for 60 years. Of course always approach with caution/reality but will be in big D come LD weekend!

Call me crazy but I feel a lot better now that Joe Burrow is here and that is no knock on the other guys on this team.

First week of August. I believe they report that Sunday and begin practice on Monday. They may do weigh-ins on Monday and practice Tuesday, I'm not positive on that though.

Yes, first week in August Les than a month away. I believe they split up the freshmen classes with some practicing with the rest of the team for several days before combing players, to see who’s ready to contribute early.
