At the very least, it forces these people to hire expensive defense lawyers.
And even if they don’t pay them, some other left wing organization or person will have to pay the tab.

But saying that someone should be attested isn't libel. The video was made by someone else. Retweeting it isnt libel, unless he knows or should know the video isn't true.
