Meh, it depends on perspective.
Over the last few years and historically, Michigan has been the better program.
Since the turn of the century, LSU, by a great significance, has been the better of the two.
Going forward, especially now that Harbaugh is gone, LSU is likely considered better suited for success.

If we had a grown up running the program over the last 18 years instead of two VILLAGE IDIOTS that won Natty's in spite of themselves, it would be clear to everyone that the LSU job is arguably the best in the country.
People that really know college football realize that LSU is clearly a better job than Michigan. BK will make that abundantly clear over the next decade.
