That’s a big part of Lanes high tempo “spot the fricking ball” strategy. They are running trying to grab the out of bounds players and get the ball in to the ref fast.

Saw an older man on the Clemson sideline check one of the LSU ball boys in the 3Q.
Ball boy didn’t flinch, just kept doing his job.
Chicken shite move by the Clemson fella, they were down ~30 at the time

They were legit picking up the downed LSU players and throwing them back on the field
