how many of those passes were tipped?
How many were not thrown? - - - - on 4th down, with no timeouts, with nothing to lose? Holding the ball and getting sacked under those circumstances without trying to at least give one of our future NFL receivers a chance is F---ing inexcusable!

We scored more than 30 points a games last year.

We had a dominant run game last year too. Lee scored 13 passing TDs. Divide that by the eleven games he played in, and you have just over one TD a game. I wonder who scores the other 2-3 TDs.

but even if true Les should wait atleast till after Auburn imo

Sammobile, we're on the same page there, if visible improvements can't be made with two weeks of practice, its time for some offensive changes. Maybe, just maybe, it wasn't completely insane to keep Lee as the starter as long as he did. Maybe, Jefferson wasn't ready then, maybe he still isn't now.

In other news, it's time for them to sit Pryor in Ohio State. But you know say what you will about Mark May, but as he was going over the game on College Football Final, some of the stuff he and Lou Holtz were saying, sounded all too familiar ...

And finally, if ESPN once again used The Rant as a source, that might be the funniest thing I've heard all month

some are wondering

My next door neighbor, Mr. Purdy, is wondering. So is my wife's hairstylist, Anita Jones. Quite the news story.

I think the creeps are just out today, earlier a guy thanked Patrick Peterson for being the best thing in his life ...

Makes a girl nervous to be on The Rant these days

FWIW Jim Kleinpeter is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Ate breakfast with him the day of the Florida-LSU game in 2008. He sat there telling us all kinds of gems about his life as a journalist, what he knew about the that day's game, etc.
