Pretty decent article but they got the part how Brady got hired wrong.
Ensminger had met Brady at an offensive coaching clinic the New Orleans Saints held and then subsequently developed a friendship with Brady centered on their mutual love of offensive football.
Then when former Passing Game Coordinator, Jerry Sullivan, was retiring again, Ensminger approached Ed O about hiring Joe Brady to replace Sullivan as the new Passing Game Coordinator. As Ed O didn't know who Joe Brady was at the time. Cause Ed O trust Steve Ensminger immensely he went ahead and hired Brady and the rest is history.
