Errors - Main reason & I’m concerned about baseball

I wish we had more pitching but Johnson said during off-season they weren’t going to nave anyone dominant. Not sure why pitching is short. If CPM had stayed would he have been able to recruit more pitching? It is as a month or more before Johnson got the job.
I think hitting willl come around.
But defense - it’s terrible. And it’s the same guys as last year that won a regional. I’m good ordering if Johnson has lowered the standard of discipline (hair - ear-rings) which is contributing to a laissez-faire attitude which is contributing to lack of focus and errors.

The errors have piled on and now it is a mental game we also have to overcome.

We're going to hit. That won't be an issue. The lack of starting pitching and the poor defense will hold this team back, I'm afraid.

To everyone who keeps bringing this up, do you all realize that CPM lifted his "well-groomed" policy last year too? The mullets and goatees weren't causing errors last season.

It's amazing what making an error in the field can do to the rest of the team. Especially if an error costs a run or an eventual run. It takes the wind out of your sails in pitching, hitting, and gets in your head when fielding.
Error affect how you play in the other phases of the game. It needs to be fixed.
