Just another example of the white man trying to keep a brother down.

frick Eric Reid and every other son of a bitch that thinks , or pretends, this is a proper form of protest. Especially frick the NFL as an entity.

There are consequences to every decision we make. Yes, we have freedom of speech, but when you take a stand for or against something, you have to be prepared to deal with the backlash from others who believe differently. Eric Reid and others who are celebrities will indeed be singled out.
If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Reid is living the consequences of his decision. Tis life!!!

But it was a consequence free action that had no direct impact on anyone. Saying “Well, I won’t hire you because of your protest” is totally different. It’s affecting his way of life.
I’m not saying teams should or shouldn’t do anything. Just it’s like, you don’t get freedom of speech unless you’re willing to suffer for it. Unless your boss just happens to agree with you.
freedom of speech doesnt meam freedom from the public opinion. its means the govt cant imprison you for it

Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

So his answer is to take another turn bashing the so called people that won’t hire him. Thanks for your time as a tiger but good luck bro, you need it

are you suggesting a race is more predetermined to commit murder?

And another thing these players can’t comprehend, if you’re a certain type of player whose talent exceeds off the field antics, you will get picked up. The nfl constantly proves that it values talent over personal choices. In this case and many others, clearly you aren’t in the former.
Stop blemishing your resume and maybe you will get hired, it’s not fricking rocket science

Statistically? Yes
Are you suggesting statistics aren’t a valid mathematical theory?

dead wrong, Rick. Of course it matters. If Kap and Reid were protesting on their own time, few people would care.
kneeling during a song means frick all in comparison to killing someone.
good god bruh.
you're seriouly gonna sit on here and act like kneeling during the anthem should be considered worse than taking someone's life?

But when they do it in front of paying customers during an apolitical entertainment event, and particularly during our national anthem, it makes a massive difference.
Surely you can understand that.
anyone that has more of a problem with a peaceful protest than a nfl player murdering someone is a fricking idiot.
i cant believe this is your stance.
youre basically saying you're ok with your team hiring someone that killed someone while drinking and driving but frick em if they kneel during a song.
ive seen some truly ignorant stances on here but this might be the dumbest ever.

When u lay With dogs you get fleas!!! I wouldn’t sign him either!! Think of it this way,he will have lots lots of time to protest !

im suggesting race doesnt make you a murderer. like every single person with a phd in this field would suggest.
and whites have murdered far more throughout history.
its like you've never read a history book.

From an owners standpoint you can believe that someone has changed their ways
Eric Reid is doubling down with his ignorant behavior, so why would an owner want to deal with that?

Of course not.
And every single person with a PhD would tell you that a higher percentage of black people commit murders than any other racial category.
You are playing a game of semantics that isn’t helping your argument.

it was the same time. he did it twice

im not saying he should.
the owner has the right to hire whomever he wants.
im just saying if youre gonna a hire the murder and not hire ER, youre a hypocrite.

Not really. This shouldn’t be an argument about which behavior is morally worse. Owners aren’t judges.
Behavior like Reid’s divides locker rooms. What some guy does in his time off doesn’t usually.
If you can’t see that is the issue I don’t know what to tell you. No owner wants to bring that cancer into their locker room.

that in no way means being african American makes you more of a murderer.
and again, anglo saxons have killed more than any race throughout history, i guess being anglo Saxon makes you predetermined to commit murder.

my argument?
my stance is a fricking fact.
being african american doesnt make you predisposed to violence or murder.
