I wouldn't compare Coach O to anyone, not Pete nor Les, he's setting his own path. What Orgeron has is a sprinkle of expertise from a dozen coaches dating back to Miami, USC and LSU. Yes, the guy may fail but he also may succeed far beyond what anyone expected. I never expected Saban, Debo, and Spurrier to have such success, I don't know who did?

None of those guys were complete and utter failures at their first coaching stop
