List the great coaches. How many of them were shite players at shite colleges, and how many were superstars in the NFL. I’ll start- Nick Saban, Vince Lombardi (couldn’t make it in semi-pro), Sean Payton, Bill Belichick (Wesleyan lol). There were plenty of good players who made good coaches, too, but most don’t.
