I’m not sure why you were downvoted. It’s a legitimate issue they are going to have to deal with if seasons get cancelled.

They may give baseball/softball players an extra year now but those top prospects are still going pro.
Basketball players are done and those that are going to declare will still declare.

They cant burn a season of eligibility if there is no season...right?

Then what happens to scholarship numbers for incoming freshman next year if you're able to come back for your senior year when coaches thought you were gone? A lot to figure out

Will they? What if all the pre-draft combines, camps, private workouts, etc. are all cancelled as well? Would it benefit a player to leave early if he can't even work out for teams before the draft?
Depending on how the hysteria progresses this could have significant ripple effects
