If by this you mean ‘purported violation of the law,’ then certainly I agree. Yes, they are ‘team rules’ also, but just call it what it is. He was accused of breaking the law, not cutting class
ETA: and yes I fully stand for innocent until proven guilty. Just ridiculous TX judge delayed until mid-Sept when this came up LAST summer.
