2 CBs and 1 Safety up top is not cover 2. That’s 1 since we would be manned up on the outside. And with the other safety in the box. That’s 8 men in the box still with a safety on top of the box. That’s actaully what Bama did us last year. Running Cover 0 against the run game they have will be good until they break that 1 or 2 runs for 60 yards and win the game 14-0.

Every teams Achilles heel that plays Bama....
Also, practice ball protection to limit fumbles...
The refs will call it a fumble even if the ground causes it (and then hope no camera angles are available to refute it)....like they did to Arky last week....

In addition to all that, Bama would need to contribute by way of playing uncharacteristically bad on both sides of the ball and we know that ain’t happening- they are a machine. They are in fact a machine that is ruining college football. Seriously they are taking the fun out of the game.

LSU is at a huge disadvantage not having a high upside playmaker at QB like Kelly, Watson, Manziel or C Jones. Etljng is going to have to be accurate with deep balls and simply take chances and put the ball up deep and guys like Sullivan, D Davis or Chark will have to make plays and win one on one matchups. Bama will not allow anything easy under or LSU to run the ball they will press and force erring to beat them up top in order to get any offense
